There's no reason they couldn't put it in the remastered version, it's a lot tamer than a lot of things in subs games these days. Unlike the mini-games in Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude, 'Hot Coffee' was far more serious and realistic. If they're released San Andreas with hot coffee still intact and known it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. In 2005, players found a way to reactivate this Hot Coffee content and that led to a lot of legal problems for Take-Two and Rockstar, including a 20 million settlement, court cases. So the game was rated as if the hot coffee stuff wasn't on the disc at all.Ī lot of people made a lot of noise about it but let's be honest the same people have made a lot of noise about every single GTA game so far the only reason they got anywhere this time is because by not disclosing that this content was still on the disc they (in the eyes of the review board) lied and that's what made it into a big issue. The main reason hot coffee was as big of an issue as it was was becausethe game launched with those files on the disc but they were not declared to the review board which reviews games based on all the content regardless of whether or not it was successful.
